Martijn has over 20 years’ experience ranging from General Management to Director Level within several different industries. The past 7 years he has developed himself within the CRO and pharmaceutical industry by managing some large international Phase III studies through the international network of partners at Julius Clinical.
Since April 2017 Martijn was appointed as CEO of Cohortias, next to his work at Julius Clinical. The main objective is to build a leading Science CRO within Latin America and increase the number of trials in Latin America since Martijn strongly believes in opening the opportunity of Clinical trials for the patient population in Latin America, and thus leveraging the transformation of healthcare in the region, through better access for care and better care for each one.

Jennifer D. Hart
Ms. Hart oversees the North American Business Development efforts for Julius Clinical and Cohortias, a joint venture between Julius Clinical and Zumanis. She has close to 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, serving roles as a chemist, leading Quality Assurance audits and CAPA proceedings and many years of sales and marketing experience in the clinical research industry.
Trained as an analytical chemist, Ms. Hart not only brings scientific expertise to her role in Business Development, but also a wealth of relationships with US Key Opinion Leaders in the areas of Psychiatry, Neurology, Cardiology and Infectious Disease which she has built throughout her career.
Chief Medical officer
Renowned physician & academic from Monterrey. He was Academic Vice-President for TecSalud, and also Dean of the School of Biotechnology & Health. He has also been Vice-president for International Relations & Development for TecSalud.
He is a Board Member of the Association of Academic Health Centers, and Board Member of Universitas 21, the leading global network of research universities for the 21st century. He is also currently Board Member at Clinica Nova, and an active member of the National Researchers System (SNI) in Mexico.
Martin is a Pneumologist & Critical Care Specialist from Baylor College of Medicine, where he received the Henry D. McIntosh award as chief resident. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from UT.
